This is my latest portrate. It is for my friend LisaA, who recently came down with a serious case of DEATH. It is something that happens fairly regularly, and I'm not sure how else to explain it.

LisaA was in the isolation ward for about a week. She was going to commission a few paintings, but then came down with this DEATH thing. So, long story short, I painted this portrate with the hopes that I could cheer LisaA

In addition to painting this, I've also done a few other paintings. I've also desided that I"m going to make a cartoon. I've been working on all that art and thinking about the 2x4' canvas I bought. It is going to be a dragon. I just have to find its inner dragon.[/img]

I'm sorry about your friend. I don't quite know what to say, but I can understand where the desire to paint comes from. *hugs offered*

Thaks Nonny. She's better, we belong to a tough sort of group. I think this is her first case of DEATH this year, but then that isn't saying much. She gets at least a couple cases of some sort of near fatal diseases. /facepalm

She's still in hospital, but is doing much better. She responded to the anti-biotics, and didn't lose a lung. Pfft. And she thinks I'm the sicker one, so you know her judgment has to be offf.
